The thing which always keeps me feel more alive is the vibes that I get from these cities all over the country. Each and every place that I visit have given me such blissful movements and has thought me in one or the other way. Mumbai is one that gave me this thing called vibe even without visiting it once. Watching this city from my childhood in various movies, news and listening to stories of others who visited really made me fall in love with this place. So I decided, I decided that no matter what it takes I’ll visit this place the next vacation and I was so exited that I could not wait till my vacations that arrived around the corner. Days passed imaging myself there walking in the streets of Mumbai, eating street foods, talking and making new friends while traveling.
I planned where and all I’ll be visiting in that one day. Yes, I planned Mumbai for one day. It’s just not that it’s Mumbai, I usually plan by visits for a single day. All my journey falls under the category which I made for myself to follow. It says, “move with moon, stay with sun”. It means that travel in night and see the city in the morning. I hardly used to get time for my plans off college schedules and I had no other options as well.
So, finally the day arrived. It was the first day of the vacation, I straight away went to book my tickets since I was so particular of the seats of the bus as well and I din’t want to loose them for any reason too. I reach early and get my tickets and all I do now is wait for the day to just arrive. My mind was filled with maps and places that I’ll be visiting in those couple of hours with the city.
So, the day arrives I catch my bus and that’s it, everything that I want in life was so perfectly going. The bus, songs, cloudy climate each of these made me feel better. I reached Mumbai the next day and all I did was walk the whole city and whenever I got tired I would catch a metro and move. It was one amazing day, I clicked some amazing pictures even before it was too late to come back. I took the same bus reached back home and started planning my next route. The history repeats.
